Amanda H. Bowen serves as Counsel to the firm, with a practice focused on commercial contract negotiation, risk management, and business strategy. A skilled advisor with experience as in-house and outside counsel, Amanda has worked across a range of industries—including technology, healthcare, government relations, political consulting, media, and advertising. She also provides clients with guidance on employment practices, intellectual property, settlements, corporate transactions and formation, compliance, and risk management.

 

Amanda earned her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and is licensed to practice law in Virginia and the District of Columbia. She also has a Master’s in Political Science from American University.
